AUTOOL BT860 Auto Battery Tester Operating Instructions

User Guide:

Connect the Battery: Attach the red test clamp to the positive terminal of the battery and the black test clamp to the negative terminal. Ensure the clamps are securely connected. The tester will not operate and will not damage the battery load tester or battery if connected incorrectly.

Battery Test: First, select the battery type to be tested, then choose the testing standard and range. The results will be displayed within a few seconds.

Cranking Test: After selecting the cranking test function, follow the prompts to start the engine. Testing completed.

Charging Test: Enter the charging test function, then increase the RPM to 2500 and hold for 5 seconds. Press the OK button, and the test will be complete.

Maximum Load Test: Select the maximum load test function, turn on all electrical devices, start the engine, and press OK.

Printing Tutorial

After completing each function test, you can press the print button on the test result screen to enter the print settings interface.

Select the time settings to configure the print time, then press <OK> to enter the vehicle test settings interface.

Select the test vehicle model, and after the settings are complete, press <OK>. The built-in printer of the car battery checker tester will begin working and print out the test result data.

Tips: For parallel batteries, please first disconnect the negative terminal, then test each battery individually. Failing to disconnect the negative terminal may result in inaccurate test results.
