Working Principle
The AUTOOL AS502 Brake Fluid Tester uses advanced electrochemical sensing technology to quickly and accurately measure the moisture content in brake fluid. The device’s metal sensor probe is directly inserted into the brake fluid to collect real-time data. The AS502 measures the changes in the conductivity of the brake fluid using the sensor, allowing it to detect the proportion of moisture. An embedded intelligent chip processes the collected signals digitally, calibrating the results according to preset detection standards (such as parameters for different brake fluid types like DOT3, DOT4, DOT5.1, etc.) to ensure accuracy. When the moisture content exceeds the safe range (e.g., above 3%), the device automatically triggers a warning, alerting the user to replace the brake fluid to prevent compromised brake performance due to deteriorating fluid quality.
AUTOOL AS502 Brake Fluid Tester Features
High-Precision Detection: Utilizes advanced electrochemical sensing technology to precisely detect the moisture content in brake fluid, with results displayed as percentages, far surpassing the accuracy of traditional testing tools.
Real-Time Digital Display, Clear and Intuitive: Equipped with a HD digital display, the test results are easy to read and understand, eliminating the need for color-change interpretation. This greatly enhances convenience and accuracy.
Wide Brake Fluid Compatibility: Supports various types of brake fluids, including DOT3, DOT4, DOT5.1, making it suitable for a wide range of vehicles and meeting the diverse needs of users.
Fast Testing, Higher Efficiency: The test can be completed in just a few seconds, quickly providing the brake fluid status to help users promptly determine if a brake fluid change is necessary.
Portable and Durable, Test Anytime, Anywhere: The compact and lightweight design makes it easy to carry and operate, ideal for both repair shops and home use, ensuring the brake fluid is always in optimal condition.
Intelligent Warning Function: When the moisture content exceeds the safe limit (above 3%), the device triggers a warning, reminding the user to replace the brake fluid, preventing reduced braking performance and ensuring driving safety.
Eco-Friendly, Cost-Effective, and Long-Lasting: Compared to single-use testing tools (such as test strips), the AS502 has a long lifespan, reducing resource waste and offering a higher cost-effectiveness.
Three-Year Warranty, Lifetime Maintenance: For damage caused by non-human factors, AUTOOL promises to resend parts for free within 3 years. If you have any problems, please contact us, and we will respond within 24 hours!
