Working Principle
The AUTOOL AS506 Boiling Point Tester uses heating detection technology and temperature sensing to precisely measure the boiling point of brake fluid. The device gradually heats the brake fluid sample through the probe, continuously monitoring the boiling temperature and recording the boiling point data. As the water content in brake fluid reduces its boiling point, the AS506 reflects the impact of water on the fluid’s performance by measuring its actual boiling point. The results are displayed in an intuitive numerical format on the LCD screen and compared with international brake fluid boiling point standards, allowing users to quickly assess the quality of the brake fluid and determine whether a replacement is necessary.

Operating Instructions
Use a sampler to suck up 40-50ml of brake fluid, and then inject it into the beaker.
Connect the device to a 12V battery, turn it on, and select the brake fluid type to test.
Put the test rod into the beaker, and immerse the sampling hole in the brake fluid.
Press and hold the S button for 16s. Wait for the progress bar to complete, and the test result will be obtained.
