Working Principle
The AUTOOL SPT105 Car Spark Tester simulates the high-voltage ignition environment of an engine to test the ignition performance of spark plugs. The principle is to ignite the spark plug with high-voltage current, observing the strength, stability, and color of the spark to determine if the spark plug is functioning properly. The tester can simulate different working conditions (such as varying engine speeds) and detect common issues such as weak sparks, intermittent sparks, or abnormal colors, helping to quickly diagnose whether the spark plug needs to be replaced or adjusted.
AUTOOL SPT105 Car Spark Tester Features
Adjustable Testing Socket Height: The SPT105 features adjustable testing socket height, accommodating spark plugs of various sizes. It is compatible with models such as BMW, Volkswagen, and Audi that have longer spark plug ends, offering broader applicability.
Dual Socket Testing: The SPT105 Car Spark Tester features two spark plug sockets, allowing simultaneous testing of two spark plugs (a good one and a faulty one). By comparing the spark intensity of both plugs, it helps assess their performance and ignition strength, enabling timely replacement of damaged spark plugs.
Adjustable RPM: The SPT105 Spark Tester is easy to operate. Simply connect the adapter and start testing. The working frequency can be adjusted within the range of 0 to 6000 RPM.
High Quality: Made from durable ABS material, the tester is impact-resistant and heat-resistant.
Three-year Warranty: For damages caused by non-human factors, AUTOOL promises to provide free replacement parts within three years. If you have any requests, please feel free to contact us, and we will respond promptly within 24 hours.
Operating Instructions
Place the spark plugs into the testing socket, then close the protective cover securely. Connect the power supply and adjust the working frequency as needed. Finally, observe the spark plug testing status through the protective cover.
