AUTOOL OD760 Engine Oil Extractor Operating Instructions
1. Install the measuring cup and oil extraction system:
2. Install the pulley: Secure the pulley in place, ensuring it is stable.
3. Install the measuring cup assembly: Rotate the measuring cup assembly clockwise and install it onto the positioning seat of the oil storage tank.
4. Once the direction is correct, secure it in place.
5. Connect the hose: Connect the transparent hose to the measuring cup.
6. Secure the lift rod and pan: Rotate the lift rod and pan clockwise to ensure they are securely in place. After installation, check that the lift rod is vertical to the equipment.
7. Adjust the lift rod pan height: Rotate clockwise to lock the pan height, and rotate counterclockwise to unlock the height adjustment function.
Activate the oil extraction function
1. Close the measuring cup pressure valve: Press and rotate the measuring cup pressure valve to the middle groove position to close the valve.
2. Close the oil extraction pipe switch.
3. Install the oil extraction needle: Install the appropriate model of oil extraction needle as needed.
4. Connect the air source: Connect the air source to the air inlet.
5. Adjust the negative pressure: Adjust the needle of the vacuum gauge to set it between 0.06~0.08 MPa, then stop applying pressure.
6. Start oil extraction: Insert the oil extraction needle into the engine compartment, then open the oil extraction pipe switch to begin the extraction process.
Oil drainage operation
1. Close the measuring cup pressure valve: Press and rotate the measuring cup pressure valve to the middle groove position to close the valve.
2. Close the oil drain pipe valve.
3. Close the oil tank intake valve.
4. Connect the air source to the oil tank air inlet.
5. Pressurize the oil tank: Open the oil tank intake valve to pressurize the oil tank. When the oil tank pressure reaches the set level, the safety valve will automatically pop out and close. At this point, open the oil drain pipe valve to drain the oil.
6. Automatic pressure relief function: If the pressure inside the oil tank exceeds the threshold set by the check valve, the safety valve will automatically relieve the pressure. At this point, close the oil tank intake valve and stop applying pressure.
7. Oil drainage complete: After draining the waste oil, disconnect the air source and open the oil tank intake valve to release the pressure inside the oil tank.
Note
1. The air compressor must maintain a stable pressure of 7 bar.
2. The supply air pipe diameter must be 10mm.
3. To extend the lifespan of the measuring cup, never close the oil extraction valve when draining oil from a non-storage oil tank.
4. Handle the extracted waste oil (40°C~80°C) with care to avoid burns.
5. When the waste oil temperature exceeds 60°C, it may cause damage to the equipment components!
6. Always turn off the engine switch during operation.
7. Avoid extracting gasoline, diesel, liquids containing methanol, ketones, or flammable substances.
8. After draining the used oil, be sure to quickly pour the oil from the measuring cup into the oil tank to maintain the good condition of the measuring cup and extend its lifespan.
9. There is no need to close the measuring cup oil drain valve after emptying the waste oil.
