AUTOOL BT380 Car Battery Tester Operating Instructions
Connect the Battery: Attach the red test clamp to the positive terminal of the battery and the black test clamp to the negative terminal. Ensure the clamps are securely connected. The tester will not operate and will not damage the car battery tester or battery if connected incorrectly.
Battery Test: First, select the battery type to be tested, then choose the testing standard and range. The results will be displayed within a few seconds.
Cranking Test: After selecting the cranking test function, follow the prompts to start the engine. Testing completed.
Charging Test: Enter the charging test function, then increase the RPM to 2500 and hold for 5 seconds. Press the OK button, and the test will be complete.
Charging Function: After entering the battery charging program, the car battery checker tester will display the voltage, current, charging power, and charging time of the tester.
Tips: For parallel batteries, please first disconnect the negative terminal, then test each battery individually. Failing to disconnect the negative terminal may result in inaccurate test results.
