Service commitment

3-year warranty,
lifetime support

From the date the product is received by the customer, AUTOOL products are covered by the following warranty service terms: main unit 3-year warranty service; accessories 1-year warranty service. Consumable and wear-and-tear parts are not covered.

Remote troubleshooting by email or telephone
Required parts and components sent based on the remote diagnosis
A brand-new product when a complex fault cannot be resolved by replacing parts
Officially certified parts and standard operating procedures
