From the date the product is received, the main unit has a 3-year warranty service and accessories a 1-year warranty service. Consumable and wear-and-tear parts are not covered. See the warranty policy.

Contact your local distributor first. If no local distributor is available, the AUTOOL after-sales service center provides remote diagnosis and sends the required parts or components. If a complex fault cannot be resolved by replacing parts, or the same fault persists after the replacement, AUTOOL sends a brand-new product.

Find your model in Software downloads. Each package lists the models it applies to, the version, release date, file size and release notes; database packages also show a SHA-256 checksum.

Send us a product photo, the model shown on its nameplate and a short description of the issue through technical support.

Orders are arranged for delivery within 72 hours; once an order is confirmed, the delivery service starts within 3 business days. See the delivery service policy.

If the package is damaged when you sign for it, you may reject the product and contact the customer service center.
